TUCSR University
It is already 10 years since graduating from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, TUCSR (faculty of Computer Systems, kafedra of Computer Systems in Control and CAD), but I still remember those happy days when I was among real and enthusiastic professionals and enjoyed every subject even sometimes it was difficult to be far away from family.
And also Tomsk is such a wonderful city with very beautiful architecture and very friendly people. And of course, there were youth days together with great people!
In the TUSCR I was happy to meet great people with the same interests in the Computer Sciences and Electronics. I was happy to extend my knowledge of engineering and IT by studying, investigation, experimentation and contemplating.
I have done my MCs thesis in Computer Science field, my project involved programming a Software for the synthesis of two-terminal compensation networks using a minimal number of elements. My thesis required knowledge not only in programming, but also in electronics and optimization. I was first who programmed Kaushanski optimization algorithm on PC because of its complicity and many advantages as well as the need to include ready program module into developed in my faculty software. Besides main optimization procedure that enables on the basis of the conductivity or resistance synthesis of two-terminal network and finds its elements, user interface, help system and installation program were developed by me. The work was sent on the diploma competition in Russia and I was recommended to continue my study by taking PhD.
I am very much grateful to my scientific supervisor and people who helped me with the project.
